The Managing Director of Apple’s Australian arm Tony King is reportedly planning to meet Federal Labor MP Ed Husic over the company’s pricing mark-ups in the Australian market.

The reported meeting comes five months after Mr Husic complained in Parliament about the company’s pricing in Australia, in which he cited extensive price discrepancies between US and Australian products.

The notoriously reclusive Apple executive reportedly contacted Mr Husic to discuss the prices of the company’s products, which usually retail for 10 per cent or higher than US market.
