The New South Wales Government has held an industry networking and pitching event for its Collaborative Solutions - Mobile Government Program.

 

The program will provide up to $1 million to help consortiums develop new mobile solutions for the public sector.

 

The industry networking and pitching event, with over 150 registrants, was designed to facilitate introductions, the exchange of ideas, and assist the formation of working consortiums.

 

It featured 24 pitches by industry and government representatives to help participants identify potential opportunities and project partners.

The Collaborative Solutions – Mobile Government Program is designed to help develop new-to-market and significantly innovative mobile solutions that have significant potential for commercial succe

 

Applications for the Collaborative Solutions – Mobile Government program opened on 17 November with submissions closing at 12 noon on 29 February, 2012.

 

Proposals will then be short-listed by an evaluation panel and then subjected to a further presentation session to determine successful applications, which will be awarded in April 2012.
