About the Role

As a member of the Technical Support Team SA, you will be responsible for providing timely, cost effective and high quality technical support to ABC users in South Australia to ensure broadcast continuity. 

Day to day responsibilities will include;

  • Investigating and logging faults, implementing workarounds and emergency fixes, this will require some shift work including after hours and some weekends.  
  • Carrying out a range of broadcast technical maintenance tasks to support program and network needs
  • Proactively building and maintaining relationships with clients and ensure best practice service
  • Managing and developing small teams and improving overall capability of the team. 

About You

You will have excellent communication skills and understand the importance of client focused outcomes.

In this key role, you will also bring:

  • Broad industry knowledge with tertiary qualifications in Broadcast Technology or related field
  • Accomplished capability in technical support functions.
  • Good communications skills, strong client focus, ability to consult, advise and have comfort with complexity.   
  • Strong team commitment and sophisticated interpersonal skills
