Central Highlands Water (CHW) is a regional water corporation based in Ballarat and delivers essential and sustainable water and wastewater services for a regional population of approximately 140,000.

CHW provides a full integrated water services in a true 'catchment-to-tap-catchment' approach.  This involves the collection and storage of water, filtration and disinfection, delivery of water, and collection and treatment of wastewater including the beneficial use of recycled water.

CHW is seeking an experienced SCADA Engineer to assist the business to meet its goals.  Reporting to the Team Leader SCADA Services, the successful individual will be responsible for:

• Contributing to the analysis, planning and development of improvement strategies for SCADA related services delivery, technology 
• Delivering high level customer focussed technical advice 
• Development of preliminary designs for the new procurement and upgrade of SCADA technology
• Management of vendors and suppliers of SCADA services and infrastructure
• Developing and maintaining of documentation, including SCADA and electrical standards
• Developing and maintaining standard code and SCADA system configurations.
