Do you have a passion for asset management and possess good systems knowledge and experience?

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Asset Management System Administrator to join the Strategy and Urban Analytics Unit, and contribute to achieving objectives as the system owner of the Corporate Asset Management System (CAMS).


The primary responsibilities of the role are to administer, configure, develop and champion the City's Corporate Asset Management System to enable the Council to achieve the Sustainable Sydney 2030 objectives, implement life cycle methodology, maintain the integration of CAMS with other corporate systems, better our business processes and provide technical support and training of CAMS users.


To be successful in the role you will have:

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent industry experience
• Experience in systems administration
• A strong understanding of asset management principles
• Demonstrated experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
• Superior analytical and problem solving skills
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in writing TSQL and in database management
