We are currently seeking an autonomous, engaging, energetic and up-and-coming Business Analyst (BA) with Project Management (PM) aspirations, to undertake a solid pipeline of analysis work. Expectations will be high, with an aggressive program of work and tight deadlines spanning across all business domains and stakeholders including internal office, and external field staff.

 

This role will be responsible for actively engaging a wide variety of stakeholders across all business domains, co-ordinating business process reviews, documenting business process flows, scheduling & recording meeting outcomes, estimating, recommending & documenting business efficiencies, and changes to business practise.

 

The ideal candidate we are looking for must have the capacity to ensure that technology solutions continually add value whilst underpinning our IT Strategy, Corporate Plan. The candidate must be a forward thinking individual with significant experience in business analysis, and process re-engineering with exposure to basic project management. Proven ability to motivate, excite and build consensus within a team to seek agreement and drive change and efficiency across the organisation will be required, as well as excellent written, communication and organisational skills.

 

Skills & Experience Required

-      Strong Business Analysis skills (BABoK)

-      Strong skills in business process re-engineering

-      Strong documentation, business process flow and communications skills

-      Development of business cases, cost benefit analysis & benefits realisation

-      Experience in utilities organisations is desirable
