Due to a successful year and introduction of additional clients, we are looking for a recruitment consultant to join our expanding Melbourne team! 

What you will be doing
As a Recruitment Consultant with Command you will manage the full cycle recruitment process:
  • Identify and develop new client and candidate relationships;
  • Write effective job advertisements;
  • Review, interview and shortlist professionals within the IT industry
  • Contract negotiations with clients and engage in salary package conversations;
  • Deliver an excellent service to all stakeholders;
  • Attend industry and networking events;
  • Take control of your business unit and steer your career
Skills and Experience
  • Applicants will a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development or Technical recruitment background and have a passion for committing and delivering internally and externally
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Organised and able to manage high volume activity
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Great personal skills and work ethic
