Information and Communications Technology (ICT) is the University’s central IT department and is responsible for keeping the University connected through continuously improving the reliability and effectiveness of its information and communications technology. ICT is responsible for ensuring the University realises technology-enabled change by developing strong partnerships with educators and researchers; using existing and emerging technologies innovatively throughout the University; and cultivating communities and forums for educators, researchers, and students to collaborate and share their technology innovation within the University.
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the delivery of technology services to the University and ensures that the portfolio of services under their responsibility are governed and delivered consistently and efficiently. You will focus on:
