About the opportunity
The Faculty of Engineering and Information Technologies (FEIT) is seeking to transform the Engineering and Technology Precinct (ETP) into an environment enabling engagement, interaction and creativity, with accessibility, connectivity, mobility, flexibility and adaptability, and one that favours interaction between individual Schools, between the Faculty and the University. This will involve a seismic shift in the way the faculty works together and presents a once in a generation opportunity to raise the benchmark for world class research and teaching infrastructure.
The Faculty of Engineering and Information Technologies is seeking to recruit a Faculty Infrastructure Change and Communication Coordinator to work with a range of staff across the Faculty and University to ensure that the vision and key messages of the OIP and ETP transformational project are consistently integrated into all stakeholder engagement and communications. The Coordinator will manage and update the ETP SharePoint and Intranet with key regular communications and documentation to promote transparency and maintain stakeholder engagement; and coordinate meetings, events and activities, including collating presentations, attending forums and meetings and taking minutes. The Coordinator will coordinate and prepare reports and anticipate stakeholder needs and provide continuous improvements in communications.

You will need to demonstrate:
- Confident communicator skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills with an engaging style and friendly “can do” attitude and disposition, and an ability to build and sustain external and internal relationships
- Skills in being a forward thinker who can anticipate the needs of others, establish systems, processes and provide solutions to support high customer satisfaction levels.
- An ability to identify the broader operating model implications (e.g. governance, process and technology), and experience in change management and organisational transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proven attention to detail and follow through, and strong project, organisation, time management and prioritisation skills
- Experience with managing and updating a variety of digital content channels and use of CRM platforms, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Degree qualifications in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline together with subsequent relevant work experience.
