About the opportunity 

An opportunity is for available for an eHealth Lead Engineer to lead the eHealth component of the team responsible for data science in a new University core research facility called the Sydney Informatics Hub (SIH). The eHealth Lead Engineer will service the Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Health Sciences by establishing a capability for supporting researchers across the health and medicine disciplines, and building research relationships and opportunities for the University in this key strategic area. The eHealth Lead Engineer will have oversight of service delivery, project scheduling and implementation of key aspects of the eHealth strategy under the Sydney Informatics Hub activities.

  • ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders in designing, executing and delivering high quality projects
