Latrobe City Council is embarking on a program of transforming its services to offer digital options for our customers and to improve our internal systems.

We are looking for a skilled leader to guide the organisation through its move to digital service delivery, mentor a newly formed project management team and establish the role of a Project Management Office as part of the ongoing structure of the organisation.

The role will offer you the opportunity to see a significant digital transformation program through from beginning to end, to work with emerging digital technologies and to be part of a major improvement program in a large and complex customer-oriented service delivery organisation.

Our successful applicant will have significant experience in PMO structures and governance processes, extensive experience and a strong command of project management methodology as well as experience with formal change management practices.
