The City of Moreland is a fast growing city and home to more than 170,000 residents who are culturally and linguistically diverse, speaking more than 140 different languages.  We are seeking a strategic and inspirational leader who is future focused and collaborative, with a track record of delivering results.  You will be politically astute, have a strong community focus and demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships that support strategic outcomes.  

You will drive innovative and strategic approaches to ensure the organisation's practices are contemporary and appropriate for our changing and demanding environment.  You will work across the organisation to improve our systems, processes and use of technology, our corporate governance practices, the capacity of our leaders, our culture and our organisational capacity for continuous improvement and change.  You will oversee and build cohesion between all of Council's internal facing strategies, ensuring these are driven by a strong and consistent evidence base.
