About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to join our dynamic Customer Operations team based in Melbourne. The primary role is to conduct analysis and deliver insights using internal/external data that will support strategic initiatives to manage Customer profitability and improve Customer Experience and Cash Flow outcomes.

Additionally, this role will assist with creation of reporting templates utilised for presentations and communications to Key Stakeholders – campaigns, results, findings, recommendations etc

To be successful you will have:

• Highly developed analytical and statistical skills
• At least 3 years’ experience in extracting, analysing high volume transactional data
• Build, implement and monitor campaign management based on appropriate risk factors and validate outcomes
• Hands on experience building dynamic risk models.
• Monitor and update models
• Critically evaluate credit risk assessment methodologies and develop enhancements to reduce error rates
• Build and enhance most appropriate tactical credit action process
• Hands on data analysis using ‘R’/Python/SAS
• Proven experience in providing insights & reporting to a variety of internal & external stakeholders
• Experience in preparation of financial models and business cases desirable.
• Tertiary qualification in Business / Commerce or related business discipline would be beneficial

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in detailed and pro-active analysis, trend analysis, modelling and creation of meaningful reports that ‘tell a story’
