This specialist role will work within the IT Services Section, and work with business operational staff and Subject Matter Experts to properly identify inefficiencies, streamline existing processes and remove non-value adding processes which will then be embedded with areas for system productivities.

Do you have what it takes to succeed in this role?

• A Tertiary qualification in the field of program delivery or equivalent;
• A minimum of five (5) years' experience in an equivalent role within an IT services organisation;
• Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret business information needs and develop and implement business process improvements;
• Demonstrated conceptual, creative, analytical and problem solving skills;
• Strong ability to influence and build positive relationships with business users at all levels of the organsation;
• Demonstrated ability to work largely unsupervised with effective team management and personal organisational skills; and
• Demonstrated experience in developing and facilitating workshops, catering for different learning styles.
