The Myer Digital Experience team is responsible for delivering a fantastic customer experience through one of Australia’s largest online stores.

Step into the online world of Myer for 12 months as the Head of Digital Experience. Reporting into the General Manager, Omni Channel you’ll have full accountability for owning and implementing Myer’s digital experience strategy, vision and roadmap. This includes leading the transformation of the website, app, and in store digital and more. The role also leads digital design and product photography.

About the role:

  • Full accountability for generating, owning and implementing Myer’s digital experience vision and roadmap
  • Ownership of digital design, photography, product, UX, research and end to end experience across all channels, physical and digital.
  • Engender quality CX principles and practices throughout Myer
  • Inspire and influence all (including board level) Myer personnel to focus on quality customer outcomes
  • Responsible for driving change and improvements across digital channels to deliver increased awareness, engagement and conversion
  • Responsible for inspiring, leading and managing internal and external teams to deliver outcomes above

About you:

  • Senior level Management experience in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience in agile product and user centric environments
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Depth of experience in delivering change and innovation in ecommerce, CX, UX and product
  • Mature appreciation of the balance between creativity, customer and commerce
  • Extensive experience in a similar role preferably in within ecommerce in the retail / lifestyle / fashion sector
