One of Australia's most reputable Federal Government Departments is looking to engage an enthusiastic and experienced Technical lead to Establish a technical vision for the software product, in collaboration with team members, and set a work plan to achieve it. The successful candidate will be offered an initial contract until June 2020 with a view to extend at a competitive rate.
The successful Technical Lead will be responsible for, but not limited to;
- Liaise with enterprise architecture groups to align the solution with the broader hardware and software needs of the organisation
- Use agile processes to design, develop, implement and support the solution
- Developed Dynamics CRM based solution, in accordance with the agreed design, to deliver the capabilities required by the business requirements
- Maintain the output pace of the development team by preparing tasks for completion each sprint
- Guide, develop and energise other team members
The successful Technical lead must have experience in the following;
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with the design, development and implementation of current Microsoft Stack solutions
- Demonstrated experience and high competency with Custom page integration
- Experience working in a compliance, co-ordination or data analytics role.
- Demonstrated experience and high competency with custom workflow and plug-in development
- Ability to set direction and gather enthusiasm and support for implementation
- Hands on experience of IBM Integration Bus (Desirable)
