One of Australia’s most reputable Federal Government Departments is looking to engage MULTIPLE enthusiastic and experienced Content Designers to join a new multidisciplinary Digital Experience team creating client-centred content within the department. The successful Content Designers will be offered an Initial 12 month Contract starting ASAP at an attractive hourly rate. 

The successful Content Designers will be responsible for, but not limited to ;

• Providing strategic direction for web content development
• Researching existing content
• Offering advice on procedures around content design, information architecture, content development and management
• Collaborating with business areas to update content and create new web content
• Creating, editing and clearing web content

The successful Content Designers must have experience in the following;

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Content Designer
• Demonstrated experience in researching, creating, writing, editing and clearing web content
• Ability to communicate with influence by negotiating confidently, listening to and adapting to feedback, and communicating clearly, including cultivating productive internal and external working relationships
• Knowledge of procedures around content design, information architecture, content development and management is advantageous
• Experience with virtual assistant/chatbot content and management is highly desirable
