One of Australia’s most reputable and innovative Federal Government Agencies is looking to engage an enthusiastic and experienced PMO Director / Program Manager to supporting the Digital Strategy and Capability Division’s delivery within the department. The successful PMO Director will be offered an initial 6 month contract with a view to further extend at a rewarding hourly rate.

The successful PMO Director will be responsible for, but not limited to ;

• Supporting Division wide delivery
• Maintaining planning and tracking disciplines in an Agile environment
• Maintain Management frameworks to Monitor and Report on inflight Reform initiatives
• Managing Procurement Reforms Steering Committees

The successful PMO Director must have experience in the following;

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Program Management Office Director working across government programs, projects, initiatives in Agile environments
• Demonstrated experience of Program Office Management roles and the establishment of PMOs
• In depth understanding of all roles associated to Program Delivery and the establishment of Program delivery teams
• Experience in delivering government reform programs/projects.
• Knowledge and understanding in the delivery of education programs
• Understanding of Digital Sourcing Frameworks and Policies and Commonwealth Procurement Rules
