One of Australia’s most high-profile Service Providers is seeking a talented an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of new digital and design capabilities projects within the organisation. The successful Delivery Manager will be offered a rewarding salary package.

The successful Delivery Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Contributing to the Digital and Experience Design delivery across multiple functional areas
• Recruiting and coaching resources to deliver exceptional quality and innovative digital products
• Applying professional competence to the overall management of contracts within the contract management framework
• Providing advice that is strategic and critical to business and affects the overall direction, thrust and development of major business activities/agency programs

The successful Delivery Manager must have experience in the following:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Delivery Manager or equivalent capacity
• At least 5 years’ experience working in and managing an agile environment
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, issues and risk management to assist with developing long term operational and strategic plans
• Experience working with Confluence, Jira or VSTS/Azure DevOps is advantageous
• Ability to frequently resolve unusual problems and develop and oversee the implementation of products
