One of Australia's most Innovative Federal Government Departments is looking to engage a Drupal Developer to work on a project updating several sites to Drupal 8 and helping to establish the departments Drupal 8 development patterns. The successful Drupal Developer will be offered an initial contract until May 2020 with a view to extend.

The successful Drupal Developer will be responsible for, but not limited to;

• Building custom modules for Drupal 8
• Using your strong PHP, HTML, SCSS/CSS and javascript skills to create clean and maintainable code, and meeting with technical standards
• Keeping to the accessible web development supporting WCAG 2.1 to a minimum AA standard
• Proficiency working with git-based version control tools

The successful Drupal Developers must have experience in the following;

• Working on government sites
• Proven understanding of accessibility requirements for websites.
• Experience working on the govCMS platform
