A respected Federal Government Department is seeking a proficient Service Desk Analyst to join their IT support team. This position entails delivering exceptional service desk support in an ITIL-standard corporate ICT environment. The role involves serving as a primary contact for IT incidents and service requests, managing hardware and software issues, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

As the suitable Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests.
  • Expertise in Microsoft products, including Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests within SLAs.
  • Manage ICT assets and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and aim for first contact resolution.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders.

You will have experience in the following:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with ITIL framework knowledge.
  • Recent ICT qualification or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle competing priorities.
  • A quick learner with the capacity to adapt to new challenges.
