One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage multiple Cloud Engineers / DevOps Engineers to work on an economy wide data portability reform that will be rolled out sector by sector. The aim will be to provide customers with the ability to access data held by businesses and other data holders. The role can be based from any location in Australia as they have offices in each state and offer flexible working arrangements. The successful Cloud Engineers / DevOps Engineers will be offered a 12 month contract with 2 X 12 month extension options.

The successful Cloud Engineers / DevOps Engineers will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Build, deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure in Azure
• Drive and contribute to infrastructure improvements and automation initiatives
• Design, implement, document and support continuous delivery pipelines
• Develop and maintain automation tools working within the infrastructure as code methodology
• Production support through troubleshooting and resolving issues as required

The successful Cloud Engineers / DevOps Engineers will have experience in the following:

• Solid technical experience in Azure DevOps and Microsoft Dynamics 365 including; pipelines, systems automation and performance testing
• Experience building and deploying cloud infrastructure in Azure
• Ability to Perform routine analysis of the environments to ensure smooth operations
• Experience working within the infrastructure as code methodology and maintaining automation tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
