We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Information Technology Team at the Maribyrnong City Council.

As a valuable member of the team, the Business Analyst will report to the Network Administrator, providing business systems support and analysis to users at all levels within Council, ensuring systems are stable and functional on behalf of Information Technology Services.

Working in a collaborative environment, the IT Business Systems Analyst will assist in aligning people and motivating the broader Information Technology Services team to facilitate smooth and supported processes and an environment that drives a culture of continuous improvement.

You will have great attention to detail, be highly organised, with strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with a variety of people and teams.

Previous experience in Local Government and working with large corporate databases will be highly regarded.
