Do you have high level problem solving and analytical skills combined with significant parallel programming experience?

As the HPC Specialist you will be responsible for delivering advanced computing solutions to CIC researchers from the Faculty of Science and Engineering, especially those who utilise supercomputing and cloud resources. This will involve assisting research groups to design applications and architect workflows for their research and guidance to scale their applications and simulations to exploit the increasing numbers of processors available in contemporary supercomputing and cloud systems.

To be successful, you require a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline with a combination of relevant experience in the support and development of parallel scientific computer applications.
