As the successful applicant you will play a key role in supporting projects within the Pawsey Supercomputing Centre. You will assist in the tracking of project budgets and the delivery of KPIs, make a significant contribution to the development of business plans, and produce high quality reports for a variety of stakeholders. You will also be required to collaborate with the Director of Strategic Projects and Engagement on a number of outreach events and engagement activities.

Your duties will include

• Tracking of project budgets and the delivery of KPIs
• Participating in the development of business plans
• Co-ordinating and producing quarterly reports
• Contributing to the planning of several engagement activities and events
• Assisting Financial Services with the administration of invoicing relating to the projects.

Location: Kensington, WA
Salary: AU$82K - AU$93K plus up to 15.4% superannuation
Tenure: Specified term until 30th July 2019

To be successful you will need

• Demonstrated ability working in a diverse, disparate team, under limited supervision providing guidance to the manager
• Previous experience managing multiple demands whilst still delivering to strict deadlines
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing system documentation and user support materials
• Proven ability in producing solutions to complex problems and resolving issues using creativity, reasoning and experience
• Understanding of basic financial tracking and procurement processes.

Pre-Requisite/Eligibility

A relevant tertiary qualification in project administration/management or equivalent work experience in a related field.
