IT Service Development Officer

We now have an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Development Officer to contribute to our commitment. A continuing position, it is based at our picturesque campus in Townsville.
What you can accomplish in this role
As a valued member of the team, you will administer JCU’s Office 365 environment and associated services. This includes the administration of Office 365 collaboration tools such as OneDrive, O365 Groups, Teams, Yammer, and Skype for Business.
Ensuring the resolution of service requests and reported incidents are completed within prescribed service levels which are based on urgency and impact to the business, and manage project tasks in line with project milestones.
What you can bring to this role
Your customer focus and agility will see you resolving service requests and incidents within prescribed service levels and deliver project tasks in line with milestones. As a proven problem solver, your analytical skills and high level computer literacy in Microsoft, Apple and Linux Operating Systems, Office 365, Desktop Management Software, Java, Web Browser technology and database applications will be well utilised in this challenging yet rewarding role.
