Wyndham City Council are undertaking a transformational change in the way we do business. A Customer Experience strategy has been developed to drive a community first mindset and a CX Team has been created to support the implementation of the strategy.
The Community First and Digital Mobilisation department currently has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced CX Designer.
You will be joining a specialised team responsible for leading projects that are focused on service improvements and innovation across the Council using Human Centred Design tools and methodology.
This role will facilitate collaboration between service areas to define customer requirements and co-design customer led solutions that drive CX improvements and business efficiencies. You will be a
