Wyndham City is seeking a motivated individual to join our Spatial team within the Smart City Office Department.

Reporting to the Team Leader Spatial Systems, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining Council’s spatial (GIS) systems and data, whilst providing excellent customer service to a diverse range of stakeholders. You will contribute to business improvements, technology development and innovation that supports and enhances the Geographic Information System (GIS).

You will possess a degree in GIS or equivalent and have a minimum three years’ experience with GIS and mapping systems. This position is ideally suited to an individual looking to advance their career in the Spatial Sciences. 

To be successful in this role you will need well-developed problem-solving/analytical skills, demonstrable experience in time management coupled with initiative and drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
