Security, Risk Management and Policy Specialist

This role operates within the Information Technology Services area, which is part of Jurisdiction Services (JS), CSV. JS provides support to all Victorian courts and tribunals to assist in the delivery of justice services. JS is responsible for providing courts and tribunals with a range of corporate support functions including human resources, finance, facilities, asset and contract management, planning and administration, business intelligence, communications, business review and improvement, technology and transcription services.

Information Technology Services (ITS) provides a comprehensive range of IT services including mobility, network services, software support, court services support, in-court technologies, IT vendor management, business analysis, procurement, transcription services, telephony and communications support. In its day to day' operations the function will aim to ensure courts are properly supported in their day-to-day work and service to the community.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate a track record of conducting information security risk assessments, business impact analysis and the preparation and implementation of organisation wide processes and procedures for the management of risk and security arising from the use of information technology systems. Your strengths will also be in providing authorative advice and guidance to senior stakeholders on security strategies to manage identified risks.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Security CISSP or CISM are mandatory and a Master of Information Security Systems or equivalent and COBIT 5 are highly desirable
