Reporting to the Managing Director, the Chief Technology Officer will lead the Digital Technology Group, providing guidance to the executive leadership in Digital transformation. As a proactive Executive team member, you will build, promote and implement our informational and operational technology strategy to strengthen our short and long term strategic objectives and business requirements.
Your leadership skills will allow you to thrive in a constantly evolving environment to manage a diverse team of insourced and outsourced resources. This role will require you to oversee the scoping, planning and delivery of our IT and OT portfolio, including the assessment of new technologies. You will need to collaborate with our leaders across the business to foster an innovative culture, drive continuous improvements to ensure we deliver our services to the community in an efficient, effective and reliable manner.
