The Opportunity

Our Digital Technology team are looking for a collaborative individual with strong technical and problem solving skills to ensure that solutions developed across organisation are aligned to enterprise architecture standards and principles through leveraging common solutions and services, and meeting organisational targets.

You will use your skills to apply and utilise Enterprise Architecture guidelines and framework to create business process, data, and technology architecture models demonstrating how users, operations and systems interoperate within the organisation.

As the Architecture Analyst, you will:

  • Maintain the architecture knowledge base and other architecture artefacts, adhering to all documentation standards.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining enterprise architecture artefacts, including standards, principles, strategies, and road maps for application, data and infrastructure architecture.
  • Have the ability to lead small processes and improvement projects autonomously
  • Apply skills to a range of analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving activities.
  • Provide administrative support and quality analysis of changes for Architecture components.
  • Communicate at a detailed level with Subject Matter Experts and high level with Senior Management.
  • Manage the Digital Design Authority request backlogs, support decision cycle transparency, updates and publishing.
  • Assist in technology and vendor assessments, financial analysis, business case development, and justification for initiatives.
  • Perform gap analysis assessments of strategies and existing operations to identify opportunities for alignment and improvement.
  • Participate in Digital Technology Group governance processes including Digital Design Authority and Change Advisory Boards.


To be successful for this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or other relevant degree
  • Experience in the IT industry with broader understanding of software development practices, solution design, build, test, deploy and operations
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of architecture concepts and practices and the capability to apply advanced analytical skills and knowledge.
  • Experience in aspects of definition, adoption and assessment of architecture elements and resolution
  • Demonstrate solid relationship and influencing skills to mobilise architectural ideas and actions with key stakeholders and partners
