The Opportunity

The External Relations, Development and Alumni portfolio (ERDA) is seeking to appoint a key member of the Information Services team, to join our team of dedicated professional staff. 

As the Information Officer (Data and Quality), you will provide professional data analysis and reporting services to ERDA, in addition to monitoring and improving the integrity of information held on the ERDA database. You will be responsible for interpreting and understanding data standards, protocols and stakeholder needs, in order to produce insightful analysis and reporting.

To be successful in this role, you will possess: 

• proven experience in database management and data analytics
• demonstrated experience using report-writing software such as Crystal Reports, Tableau
• proven ability to interrogate databases and produce detailed reports
• excellent time-management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines
• exceptional communication and customer service skills
• demonstrated high attention to detail.
