The digital service branch provides technology and expertise for Clean Energy Regulator to deliver its strategic outcomes and regulatory obligations. Our approach is business lead through user-centred design.
The Branch is seeking to fill 2 opportunities at the APS6 and APS5 level as Trainer and Technical Writers.
As an APS 6 you would be performing the following duties:
- Design, develop, maintain and deliver training programs, supporting documentations and learning solutions, including eLearning content
- Design, develop, and maintain system user guides, flip cards, FAQs, and support material
- Conduct and document research and analysis on complex matters
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of systems improvement initiatives
- Provide second level support for the agency’s knowledge management systems, facilitate and coordinate relevant user groups
- Build strong working relationships based on credible and open communication
As an APS5 you would be performing the following duties:
- Design and develop technical training courses and supporting documentations
- Undertake research, analysis, integration and evaluation of technical information
- Assist with identification and implementation of systems improvement initiatives
- Provide second level support for the agency’s knowledge management systems, facilitate and coordinate relevant user groups
- Build strong working relationships based on credible and open communication
