Are you looking for an opportunity to work within a smaller agency with the ability to drive change?  DHA is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced ICT professional to lead the Infrastructure team with a focus on driving strategic outcomes and strengthening service delivery.  As a trusted advisor, you will oversee the ICT roadmap and play an integral role in driving change programs with a focus on resilience and innovation.

As part of the Business Solutions, Technology and Services group, you will be responsible for the Infrastructure Team providing technical expertise and architectural solutions in infrastructure, hardware, hosting services, telephony and network support.  Working with the team, you will ensure that all systems are working at optimal levels and support the development of new technologies and system requirements.  This includes the design, integration and management of complex infrastructure solutions.

To be successful you will have experience in architecting infrastructure solutions with a focus on Hosting, Compute, Cloud and Workplace technologies. A customer centric delivery focus and operational experience that includes working across a broad section of IT services is essential.  As a confident decision maker, you will possess the ability to remain calm under pressure whilst managing complex IT incidents.  You will be self-motivated and work independently, coordinating a range of activities whilst being committed to working within a team environment.  You will also demonstrate high level project management skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as advanced ICT technical knowledge and strong analytical skills.
