The position’s primarily responsibility is to assist Digital Manager to lead, plan and manage DST’s digital assets across all channels and domains including the following responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain DST’s digital platforms, in particular the digital workspace called SATURN (Science and Technology Unified Network). 
2. Manage DST’s Share Point platforms and systems to ensure appropriate service levels are maintained.
3. Design, deploy and implement Share Point configurations, clustering farms, etc. as needed to cater for future growth.
4. Develop and maintain new and existing applications using cutting-edge technologies.
5. Design/Estimate/Implement/configure solutions and create appropriate technical documentation.
6. Identify stakeholder needs, propose and deliver working solutions.
7. Assist in content uploading using a variety of content management systems.
8. Develop and implement online projects for internal and external audiences, including supporting campaign material.
9. Undertake unit testing and code reviews.
10. Set up and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines.
