IT Services and Support Officer - [Archived Advertisement]

What you can accomplish in this role    

As the point of contact for all on-site Information Technology (IT) and audio-visual (AV) systems, you will be responsible for the functioning, maintenance, integrity and security of systems and information.  Liaising with employees, students, manufacturers and suppliers you will not only provide support and information but also ensure cost effective procurement of ICT and AV equipment and services is achieved.

What you can bring to this role

With proven experience in IT service and support, AV conferencing technologies and multimedia you have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to liaise with and support a diverse customer base. 

Your technical expertise from a networked environment will be paramount to your success in this challenging and diverse role.
