The opportunity:
Reporting to the General Manager Infrastructure Delivery you will lead Cenitex' s delivery of security services to customers and are responsible for ensuring services meet and exceed customer expectations. A pivotal role in management of a specialist security team to identify and manage the cyber security of customers operational technology.

Day to day you'll be expected to:

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on all issues relating to cybersecurity incident response and manage security operational matters
  • Determination of incident management criticality in terms of business impact, minor, significant or emergency per the Victorian Government cyber security incident plan
  • Provide specialist security expertise and guidance in cyber security management
  • Build and manage a proactive security team capable of defending the organization against security threats

To be a success in this role you will have:

  • Substantial knowledge, capability and experience in leading security teams, with strong recognition as a leader in field of expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and drive strategic and operational objectives through effective planning and management of business functions i.e. ITIL framework, people, finance and performance
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to credibly communicate, negotiate and influence outcomes at all levels of an organisation
  • Significant track record in developing and leading high-performance teams, with proven ability to motivate, inspire and align teams to strategic priorities
  • Security Clearance is very highly advantageous
