The Role
Are you ready to shape the future of technology in a growing, national organisation? This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and execution of a strategic technology roadmap that will drive innovation and efficiency across the business. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll deliver a simple, agile, and cost-effective technology experience that empowers users and enhances business operations.
  
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organisation’s technology infrastructure and Cyber security systems support its ambitious growth plans. Key responsibilities include; 

• Develop and Implement Technology Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of a strategic technology roadmap that aligns with the organisation’s growth goals to ensure an agile, cost-effective, and scalable technology environment.
• Vendor Management: Ensure external service providers meet the organisation’s ICT requirements and hold them accountable for delivering high-quality services that support operational needs.
• Technology Oversight: Manage all technology and cyber security platforms, ensuring optimal performance and identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency across the network.
• Project Management: Lead critical technology projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives while maintaining high quality.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Identify technology gaps, evaluate emerging trends, and implement innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
• Process Redesign: Review and remodel existing processes to drive continuous improvement and enhance operational efficiency across all centres.
• Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and guide internal IT support staff and project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• IT Service and Support: Ensure reliable IT service and support is consistently provided, driving solutions that empower users and facilitate daily operations.

About You!
You’re not just a technology leader—you’re a visionary who can take a complex, fast-moving organisation to the next level with innovative technology solutions. With over 6 years of management experience, you have a proven track record of overseeing dispersed networks and managing external vendors to deliver outstanding results.
  
Your strengths lie in leading high-performing teams, driving innovation, and executing successful technology projects. Known for your ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, you have excellent communication and project management skills, ensuring precision in everything you undertake. With a deep understanding of emerging technology and cyber security trends, you are committed to fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence. Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, or SAP would be highly regarded.
