About the Role
The Business Analyst works with stakeholders to understand the business challenges being experienced and to identify process and system requirements to address identified issues.
- Engage stakeholders through one on one or group sessions to elicit requirements
- Document systems, functional, non-functional, technical, performance, and testing requirements
- Assist with developing business cases and benefits realisations and identify any issues and risks to project success
Skills and Experience
- A tertiary qualification in Business Analysis (or related discipline) and/or equivalent experience in an IT based project environment
- Experience identifying issues, eliciting and capturing requirements across business/operational disciplines
- A high level of commitment to, and sound understanding of compliance and legislative requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
