Functional Tester - Portals and Apps

A leading Federal Government department is looking to engage a skilled Functional Tester to join a highly skilled team. In this you will prepare and conduct testing activities across a number of ICT projects, with a focus on Web-based Portals and Mobile Apps. The successful Functional Tester will be offered a 12 month contract with the view to extend for a further 12 months!

The successful Functional Tester will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Supporting the development of the test approach for each project
• Undertaking the day to day test planning, preparation, execution and verification
• Escalating testing issues through appropriate channels.

The successful Functional Tester will have experience in the following:

• Experience in executing focused testing activities in medium-to-large scale ICT environments.
• Experience testing Web-based applications and portals.
• Experience in Automation testing
• Experience in working with Salesforce is highly desirable
• Awareness of accessibility testing
