• At least five years demonstrated and current SAP configuration experience in one or more of the following SAP HR modules, in an Australian Public Sector environment:
• Personnel Administration
• Organisation Management
• Time Management
• Payroll
• Performance Management
• Learning Management System
• Public Sector Leave Management

• Experience in preparation of detailed functional design specifications, requirement traceability, testing documentation and other implementation documentation.
• Ability to work to high standards and have a structured approach to analysis and design.
• Ability to coach and mentor colleagues to develop their expertise
• Ability to commit to action, display resilience in a high pressure complex ICT environment, and dedication to achieving positive outcomes
• Experience with SAP Read Access Logging functionality
