Information and communications specialist Data#3 has announced the opening of its new Melbourne headquarters in Southbank, in a move that Managing Director, John Grant, called a ‘critical step’ in building the company.

“We’re now a major IT solutions provider to the Victorian private and public sectors. The new Southbank location puts us closer to our customers and partners,” Mr Grant said.

“Our new office provides a welcoming and contemporary space where best-of-breed technology integrates with the way our people work to improve their productivity and serve our customers better.”

State Minister for Technology, Gordon Rich-Phillips, welcomed the opening of the new office, which will generate around 35 new ICT positions.

“The new Victorian headquarters expands Data#3’s Victorian presence and will be a hub for delivering the company’s range of technology solutions,” Mr Rich-Phillips said.

The opening of the new office comes after the company opened its new Integration and Warehouse Centre in the city’s south east.
