Logistics giant Toll has been forced to shut down its IT systems after a ‘cyber security incident’.

Toll Group has announced it is switching off “a number” of IT systems due to a “cyber security incident” that has seen some customers lose access to shipment tracking, while drivers are forced to use manual receipts.

“We are investigating the root cause to resolve the issue,” the company said.

“We expect several Toll customer-facing applications to be impacted as a result.

“Our immediate priority is to resume services to impacted customers as soon as possible. We will continue to provide regular updates.”
