Using Individual Assessments to Manage Workplace Bullying Injury Risk

Do you want to learn how to identify and manage workplace bullying health and safety risk as it relates to an individual employee in your organisation?

About the Workshop

This unique workshop is targeted to Health and Safety professionals who want to learn how to manage individualised workplace bullying risk and, therefore, the risk to your organisation or company.

Workplace bullying can result in significant psychosocial injury to targeted employees. The psychological impact often leads to physical symptoms. As the cause and impact can be very different for each person, it can be very difficult for you to manage the injury risk.

However, with the right knowledge and approach you can eliminate or mitigate the risk of injury.

This workshop helps you manage and prevent workplace bullying injury using an individualised assessment approach. This approach involves identifying the hazards and risks specific to a targeted individual through an assessment and developing a plan to prevent or minimise injury to them.

Course Presenter

Michael Plowright is the founder of Working Well Together. Led by a profound belief that people should live happy, productive lives both in and out of the workplace, he supports companies and organisations that are resolute about preventing and managing workplace bullying.

Michael started Working Well Together because he saw that despite workplace bullying undoubtedly being a serious issue, many workplaces are ill-equipped to prevent or manage it. Managers and HR and H&S staff often don’t have the time or skills, or find that the systems they have in place are too broad and generic to deal with what is a very particular issue.
