IT Systems Engineer / Team Leader

About The Role:

Due to significant growth within the company, San Remo has an opportunity for an exceptional Team Leader to join our highly driven team. The individual must be a team player who works hard to achieve the IT’s goals and provide positive user experiences.

You will be working on many different aspects of I.T. operations which may include WAN and LAN, security operations, IP-based Telephony systems, Unified Communications and new I.T. projects.

About You:

As a proven team leader and an unwavering ability to have attention to detail and a strong work ethic, you will have a passion for IT and enjoy being agile when faced with challenging situations.  Ideally you will have experience in helping to shape the network design as the move towards clouds continues, servicing sites both locally and internationally. 

The candidate we seek should have the following skills:

• Ability to be involved in strategic planning
• Understand data security & compliance standards
• Excellent technical documentation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong Firewall experience, Sophos XG
• Excellent Windows 11 and Windows server knowledge
• Be able to support O365 and other general office applications
• Extensive exposure to VMware environments
• Develop IT best practices and standards
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Ability to lead IT  projects
• Excellent troubleshooting, Incident, Problem and Change management experience.
• Experience in a team leader role for a corporate environment
