City of Darwin seeks to appoint a customer focussed individual with excellent technological literacy to the position of Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) Administrator.
As EDRMS Administrator, you will be responsible for administration of the EDRMS, system improvements, user training and the provision of quality customer service and support across all business units within the City of Darwin.
The successful applicant will hold Information Management or similar qualifications and/or relevant experience, computing knowledge and a strong degree of technological literacy. The demonstration of training and support to customers of varying levels of IT knowledge is essential as is experience across Records/Information Management practices and principles.
