  • You’ll be responsible for the ongoing relationships between Line of Business areas and the IT function to ensure that there is effective demand and resource management 
  • You’ll consult with business unit’s and review IT usage, services, technology and department specific projects to identify, forecast and develop IT needs. 
  • You’ll manage relationships and maintain open communications with IT, business units during negotiations and evaluations to identify potential issues and risks 
  • You’ll lead and align Product Owners and Business Analysts on top priorities of work and follow IT Project Management Office delivery process and major/strategic projects  
  • Actively mentor, coach, train and supervise staff to promote compliance and engagement.  
  • Work with the Head of Business Delivery to Serve as liaisons with the IT department and all other departments and management in Hearing Australia to identify, forecast and address IT needs 

What you’ll bring 

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or related field of study 
  • 5+ years experience in Information Technology including project management and business analysis 
  • 3+ years of management experience  
  • Experience managing a remote team is desirable 
  • Experience with using SQL searches and analysis 
  • PMBOK or equivalent certification and study history 
  • Agile Certification (Scrum or SAFe)
