We are seeking an experienced and hands-on ICT System Administrator to join our fun and self-motivated team at our Grill’d Head Office in Richmond.

What you’ll be doing:

You will be implementing proven IT Infrastructure solutions suitable for restaurants nationally & support office. Within your remit will be responsible for services such as voice and data communications, cyber security, information storage, cloud solutions (Azure) and acting as an escalation resource for support. 

You’ll regularly ensure our IT operational documentation and monitoring systems are accurate and fit for purpose.

As this is a national role, you will be required to travel interstate around once a month to support our new restaurant opening based outside of Victoria. You will be supported by external technicians so time away can be as little as one or two nights at a time.

Who we’re looking for:

Overall, you will have very strong project-based experience and knowledge of design and implementation of IT Infrastructure solutions.

Excellent customer service is a must and you’ll be great at working independently as well as in a team.

Key skills and experience required:

• Excellent Microsoft Windows server and client administration - Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
• Strong skills managing Cisco networking, VPN, Cisco ASA, wireless, Meraki, SDWAN and firewalls
• Managing and monitoring security patching for Desktops, Servers and Endpoint Security (WSUS, Intune, SCCM)
• Managing SSL certificates
• Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 administration
• Excellent working knowledge of Azure services, configuration management, build systems, continuous integration, and automated testing
• Exposure to Teams IP Telephony
• Proven experience in cyber security and monitoring services
• Deploying Meraki technology across the network (full stack)
• Amazing analytical and problem-solving skills
